The Camp 'Professional' Guarantee

The Camp prides itself on providing the highest possible levels of service and professionalism. This is evidenced in our guarantee. We are the only organisation of it's type that can formally guarantee the professional levels of service required to make your trip the best possible.

Our 'Professional' Guarantee

If you are not 100% entirely satisfied with our safety standards and value for money, within reason we will provide you with a refund of your tuition fee up to the value of $1000AUD^. We believe strongly in our integrity and commitment to providing you the best overseas development experience possible.

^ - $500AU for 2 week Progression Camp or Mammoth program.

Any claims must be in writing, and be received in The Camp office within 14 days of completion of your program.
